1. Shipping & COD Policy — Kamal Face

At Kamal Face, we are committed to delivering your favorite cosmetics safely and swiftly to your doorstep. We proudly offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services across Pakistan, alongside secure prepaid options.

1. Mandatory Order Verification (For COD Only)

To ensure a smooth delivery process and protect against non-serious orders, all Cash on Delivery orders undergo a quick verification process:

  • Once your order is placed, our team will contact you via WhatsApp, SMS, or Phone Call at +92 313 1756852.

  • Please Note: Your order will not be packed or dispatched until you confirm it with us. Unverified orders will be automatically canceled after 48 hours.

2. Delivery Timelines

We work with leading courier networks to get your packages to you as fast as possible:

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.): 2 to 4 business days.

  • Rest of Pakistan / Rural Areas: 4 to 7 business days.

Note: Dispatch does not take place on Sundays or public holidays. Delays may occur during peak sales seasons or under extreme weather conditions.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: We are happy to offer FREE delivery all over Pakistan on all orders above Rs. 1,000.

  • Standard Shipping: For orders below Rs. 1,000, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 will apply.

4. Important Courier Rules for COD (Read Before Ordering)

To maintain smooth operations, please respect the standard operating procedures of courier services in Pakistan:

  • No Open-Box Deliveries: Courier riders are contractually not allowed to let customers open the parcel before handing over the full cash payment. If you face any issues with the items inside after opening it, please accept the parcel and contact our team immediately. We will resolve it under our Exchange Policy.

  • Be Available: Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times. Please ensure your provided mobile number is active and you are available to receive the call.

  • Order Refusals: Refusing a confirmed COD order at your doorstep without a valid reason damages our small business. Customers who abuse the COD facility will be blacklisted from placing future orders with Kamal Face.

5. Order Tracking

The moment your cosmetic essentials leave our warehouse, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp so you can monitor your package every step of the way.

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

Cosmetics are delicate. If you receive a product that was damaged during transit, please take a clear photo or unboxing video and get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Digital Contract & COD Agreement

By clicking "Place Order" or "Complete Order" on our store using the Cash on Delivery payment method, you are entering into a legally binding distance-selling contract with Kamal Face.

  • Once you verify your order via our official communication channel (+92 313 1756852), you legally commit to accepting the package and paying the designated rider upon arrival.

  • Fraudulent Ordering: Placing an order with false information, fake addresses, or with the deliberate intention to refuse delivery constitutes fraud. Kamal Face reserves the right to recover shipping losses from persistent offenders and report fraudulent details to Pakistan's e-commerce courier blacklists.

3. Limitation of Liability (Product Use)

Kamal Face supplies cosmetic and skincare products.

  • While we ensure high-quality standards, individual skin types react differently to cosmetic ingredients. It is the customer's responsibility to review product ingredients and perform a patch test before regular use.

  • Kamal Face shall not be held liable for any adverse skin reactions, allergies, or misuse of products.

4. Accuracy of Information

We attempt to display the colors, textures, and packaging of our cosmetic products as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in digital screens and display settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate to the physical product.

5. Right to Refuse Service or Cancel Orders

In compliance with local e-commerce regulations, Kamal Face reserves the unilateral right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, without prior notice, in cases of:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity or unauthorized resale.

  • Inability to verify the customer’s phone number or address.

  • History of repeated COD delivery rejections.

  • Pricing errors or stock discrepancies on the website.
